Refund/Cancellation Policy

We are manufacturer of Custom Designed packaging for every client. Once an order process to printing and production, we are unable to offer cancel/returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. If you will  receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the items and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to us.


PackagingSpot will be responsible to receive the items from the date of return from our honorable client . You have 15 days to send back a defective item from the date you received it.

To be qualified for an arrival, your item must be unused and in a similar condition in which you got it. Your item must be in the first bundling.  Your item needs the receipt or confirmation of procurement.


Upon receiving returned item, we will inspect it and inform you accordingly. We will promptly advise you on the status of your refund in the wake of examining the item. In the event that your arrival is endorsed, we will start a refund to you or  exchange. You will get the credit inside a specific measure of days, contingent upon your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible of paying for your own shipping costs for returning back your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. On the off chance that you get a refund, the cost of return transportation will be deducted from your refund.
